The WCEPS CARE Coaching program supports educators by focusing on the Three Cs: Consulting, Coaching, and Continuous Learning. Our professional learning offerings are designed to help educators reflect on their current practices and implement research-based actions that lead to meaningful change. Through a holistic approach, we offer ongoing professional development and tailored programmatic support across various topics.

- The CARE Coaching Needs Assessment (CCNA): This tool identifies strengths, uncovers growth areas, and guides education leaders with action-based data to support ongoing school improvement and professional development planning.
